Homeschool Education Series

DSC_0014 (2)33Allow your child the opportunity to learn all about horses through Days End Farm Horse Rescue’s (DEFHR's) Homeschool Education Program. This program was designed exclusively for homeschool students and allows participants the opportunity to learn about equines by working hands-on with DEFHR’s own rescue horses. Topics are different each month, but in each session, students participate in classroom instruction followed by hands-on activity to reinforce the lesson.

Topics include: grooming, leading, hoof care, digestive system, dentistry, psychology, and more!

Each session will accommodate only 20 participants, so registering ahead of time is critical. Click here to download a Homeschool Education Program registration form.

Program Dates: Participants ages 5-17 are eligible to register for one Homeschool Education Program Series.

Series A: Second Wednesday of each month (September – May) from 1:00 AM – 2:30PM
