"VicNet" is an easy, user-friendly online scheduling system will allow volunteers to schedule their DEFHR volunteer time in advance through their desktop, laptop or mobile app. It is IMPORTANT that volunteers schedule themselves prior to coming to the farm. Volunteers can also use VicNet to view & print hours themselves - a great feature for students to track their SSL hours! Current volunteers have accounts created in our system.  If you recently attended orientation, please allow a week for your new account to be created.

Once logged in, please click on the "My Schedule" tab & choose the appropriate "Assignment" from the drop down box located in the blue header.  Click on the date to schedule to volunteer, verify the information & click "Schedule Me".
