Horses Dress in Costume to Celebrate
Days End Farm’s “Fall Festival”

Lisbon, MD – 8/2/2007 – Bring the family to a fun day in the country! Days End Farm Horse Rescue will hold its annual “Fall Festival” on Saturday, September 29, 2007 in Lisbon, Maryland. The Farm is located at 15856 Frederick Road just east of the traffic circle at Routes 144 and 94. The hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost of admission is $5 for families, $2 for adults, $1 for children under 12, and children under 6 are free.

The day’s highlight will be a contest with the horses in costume, starting at 1 p.m. You be the judge! The horses have already started shopping for their costumes which are sure to be a fun surprise for all. In addition there will be pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, pumpkin decorating, games, door prizes, farm tours, costume contest, delicious food, and plenty of fun. Live music has been donated by “Cliff Art”.

This year's Fall Festival features a 50/50 raffle and plenty of games and amusements to keep the whole family entertained throughout the day. Tell all your friends and neighbors, everyone is welcome! Learn what Days End Farm does for Maryland's neglected and abused horses and ponies. Proceeds will benefit the rescued animals.
