Our Program Horses are the mainstay of our educational programs. The Girl Scouts come to earn their horse lovers badges, Animal Control Officers come to learn what to look for in cases of abuse or neglect, and many school and child care facilities or institutions come for our Farm Days Program. These horses are the best of the best!! All of them come very close to the label "Child safe...Bomp Proof", and we are very grateful that they found their way to DEFHR. With the right training, many of the horses that come to DEFHR can be trained to be just as good as our program guys. All the horses below are available for Foster Care or Equidopt!
