Supervising and training of employees regularly providing care, rehabilitation and adoption of 40-60 horses, most of which have been impounded by animal control due to abuse or neglect. Directing all farm programs and providing Emergency Rescue Services as needed in Maryland, and in cases of natural disasters on the east coast.
