Horses Dressed in Costume to Celebrate
You had to see it to believe it!

Nothing completes the lazy days of summer and beckons the coming of fall like a good old fashioned festival. Whether it is an awaited cool breeze that mingles the earthy scent of animals with the smoky aroma of a charcoal grill, the sight of happy, cotton-candy covered children playing games, or the resonance of a local band that plays as you stroll the grounds, a first-rate festival offers something for everyone.

Although Days End did not offer cotton candy there was fun and food for everyone including enjoy such activities as pony rides, face painting, a horse costume contest, fun games, a petting zoo and great food.

The weather surprised us with beautiful day for this event with many people in attendance allowing us to raise over $12,000 for the wonderful horses who were “Strutting Their Stuff” in the costume contest.
