Off-Site Education Programs
The objective of our educational programs are to bring attention to the prevalence of horse abuse and neglect primarily in, but certainly not limited to, the State of Maryland. These programs also help to educate the public and professionals about what is necessary to ensure quality care and treatment for horses. Promotions such as these generate exposure to the public and other organizations, as well as increasing membership, volunteer corps and donations that assist DEFHR in obtaining its goals and objectives.
